Do you secure the necessary building permits?
Absolutely. We handle the entire permitting process. Navigating municipal building codes is a core part of our project management. Attempting structural changes without permits voids insurance and creates dangerous liabilities.
How do you handle the Canadian winter schedule?
Exterior projects like decking and foundation work are scheduled between Spring and late Autumn. However, interior projects (kitchens, bathrooms, basements) operate year-round. We utilize heavy-duty protective boarding for floors and dust-containment zipper walls to protect the rest of your home while we work inside.
Do you provide fixed-price contracts?
Yes. Following our engineering and design review, we provide a detailed, line-item contract. Unless structural rot or hidden electrical issues are uncovered behind demolished walls (which we account for via transparent change-orders), the price on the contract is the price you pay.
What is your warranty policy?
We provide a 10-Year Craftsmanship Warranty on all structural and installation labor. Materials and fixtures carry their respective manufacturer warranties. We build things to last, and we stand by our engineering.
